Why choose my Health and Safety Consultancy Services?
You have probably been searching through the OSHCR register and a ton of websites, wondering.
- Which health and safety consultancy is right for you?
- Are they expensive, do they make sense?
- Will they annoy my management team and employees?
- Will I receive a load of generic documents that I could download off the internet for free?
It’s a difficult and important decision to make.
What You Get with My Health and Safety Consultancy Services
Firstly, I do not have hundreds of clients; it’s just me, and I work with a small group of clients on various safety and fire issues. This works for the clients who choose to work with me because they have the same person—me—who knows the history of their business and the safety risks they need to focus on. You won’t get different consultants or a faceless help desk to refer you to a portal each time you get in touch.
Secondly, I hate to admit this, but I have been involved in safety and fire for over twenty years, and I think I know what I am talking about.
Thirdly, I am a chartered Health and Safety practitioner and am on the IFSM register as a tier two fire risk assessor, which means I have been validated by my peers. They have reviewed a sample of my work and said it’s compliant.
Why Did I Go Solo?
Running my own consultancy was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Being my own boss means I can be flexible in my approach to safety and fire compliance, provide bespoke solutions, and sometimes even get a bit creative with them.
Also, I have seen some shockingly poor quality reports and advice given throughout my career that businesses have paid a lot of money for. Not only is this unfair, but it could cause problems for a business owner if an accident happens in their workplace and they need to produce a report or advice to the enforcement agencies.
Expert Safety and Fire Consultancy Services – Sensible and Affordable
I founded Terra Firma 360 Ltd in 2016, a health, safety and fire consultancy that offers tailor-made solutions instead of pre-packaged ones. I strongly believe that safety and fire consultancy must be tailored to the unique requirements of every organisation.
Every business has different health and safety needs. In my journey as a health, safety and fire consultant, I’ve recognised that while off-the-shelf solutions can serve as a starting point, they often need to address the intricacies and specific challenges different companies face.
Each business operates in its own environment, with distinct operations, cultures, and risk profiles. It is important to have a personalised approach to fully comprehend and address the unique dynamics of individuals and companies.
“I aim to provide your business with Expert Safety and Fire consultancy services that are sensible and affordable.”
By providing bespoke services, I aim to offer tailored solutions that align seamlessly with a company’s existing frameworks, culture, and objectives. This approach allows for a comprehensive analysis of their health and safety landscape, identifying precise risk points and opportunities for improvement. Rather than imposing generic strategies, I collaborate closely with clients to co-create solutions that resonate with their unique circumstances.
Bespoke services are excellent because they can adapt as a company grows, regulations change, and the industry shifts, ensuring that your health and safety measures will remain valuable and practical.
Additionally, bespoke services encourage more engagement and commitment from everyone involved. By involving the client in creating custom solutions, a feeling of ownership and understanding makes it easier to implement and stick to these measures.
My goal is to improve the safety culture of the organisations I work with in a lasting and meaningful way. I achieve this by offering personalised solutions that prioritise health and safety standards, protect employees, and contribute to the overall success and well-being of the company. These solutions are designed to be sustainable and effective rather than just providing a temporary fix.
